Nina possesses a natural drive to stand up for the underdog and to represent people in difficult positions. Nina has highly developed analytical skills and excellent professional knowledge. With enthusiasm and tenaciousness, she handles every criminal case that lands on her desk. She is eager and driven. Nina is also a true language purist, as a result of which her written documents are of an above-average high quality.

Nina has been working at Summit advocaten since 1 September 2020. She graduated cum laude at the University of Amsterdam in criminal law and also obtained her master degree in international and transnational criminal law. During her studies, Nina worked as an external court clerk at the District Court of Midden-Nederland and did internships with law firms and with the International Legal Assistance Division in Criminal Matters of the Ministry of Justice and Security. Before Nina became a defence lawyer, she worked for some time at the Public Prosecutor’s Office as a Committee Secretary for Investigations into High Impact Crime/Military Affairs.

Nina focuses on legal assistance in criminal and fraud cases, handles international criminal cases and has specific expertise in cybercrime cases.
